Activities

I led the entire UX and UI design process, from initial concept to high-fidelity prototyping, maintaining a close collaboration with both the client and the development team throughout the entire lifecycle of the project. I began by defining the information architecture and mapping out user flows aligned with the business requirements and various user roles. From there, I translated these flows into detailed wireframes and final UI designs, with a strong focus on clarity, accessibility, and coherence with the client’s brand identity. As the main point of contact, I helped the client prioritize features and make strategic decisions, translating complex needs into actionable design solutions. During development, I provided ongoing support to the engineers, facilitating the integration of a Firebase-based backend and an Angular front end. One key part of my role was overseeing the implementation of access control logic to ensure that product pricing and ordering capabilities were strictly limited to verified users.

01 / Problem

Problem

Awine’s ordering process was previously managed offline or via fragmented systems. Clients had no digital access to product availability, pricing, or order history. Moreover, Awine needed to control visibility of commercial data — making sure that only verified partners could view sensitive pricing information and place orders. The challenge was to create a robust B2B tool that would elevate the sales experience while maintaining security and precision in user access.

02 / Response

Response

Working from the ground up, we developed a custom platform where verified users could browse the catalog, view pricing, and place orders — all within a streamlined, mobile-friendly interface. The site architecture supported user account verification and dynamic content gating, while maintaining speed and clarity across the catalog experience. The interface combined a minimalist visual language with intuitive navigation, designed specifically for the needs of restaurant and retail professionals. Through iterative design and tight collaboration with the engineering team, we ensured a high-quality user journey aligned with both business goals and technical constraints.
